Drew & Sarah Weidert

Pastor Drew and his wife Sarah have three beautiful children. Drew has been in ministry for over fifteen years - 11 of which he has served in a pastoral role at Center Bethel Church. God has called and equipped him for strategic discipleship and life-coaching to see the transformation of a youth group into a thriving youth ministry. He is excited to see God moving in the hearts of the students and them embracing the calling in which God has prepared in their lives. His favorite quote comes from Billy Graham: "Each generation faces different issues and challenges, but our standard must always be measured by God's word."

The UNIT

We're more than just a youth group. Ephesians 2:10 says, "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God has prepared in advance for us to do." This is a core belief of The UNIT--we're here to do God's work. Here, you'll find not only a community but a family of students and leaders who serve side-by-side. We challenge students through discipleship to know what they believe and share those beliefs with the world boldly through word and action. 

Students learn how to study and understand their Bible, and they spend time discussing their thoughts and questions through our Sunday morning classes and Wednesday night services.

Sundays

At 10:30am each Sunday, we have a class for 6th-12th grade students year-round.

Wednesdays

Every Wednesday evening, we hold a gathering for 7th-12th graders from 6:00pm-8:15pm (doors open @ 5:30pm). During our gatherings, each student can expect a meal, fun games, music, a worship time filled with age-targeted teaching, and a time for community and discussion in small groups.
